Unit Attribute Help

for the hero attributes, how much does each strength point add to hp regeneration, how much does each agility point add to attack speed, and how much does each intelligence point add to mana regeneration?
also, I figured this out once before, but can't right now: why is it that bounty isn't working with player units? such as, I place a nuetral creep on the board, and when I kill it I get so much bounty, but when I give that unit to a player (which is an enemy) when it is killed I get no bounty.

The hero attribute constants (mana per int, etc) can be changed, or just looked at, in the gameplay constants.

the default settings are as follows:
0.25 HP Regen a second and 25 HP per STR Point
0.03 Attack speed per second per Agil point, 0.3 armor per agil point (not sure about armor)
25 Mana per Intel point (not sure about this) 0.25 Mana Regen per Intel Point.

To turn bounty on for players use the action:
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Player (its Player - Set Player Flag when selecting a trigger)

The units will give XP based on their level. The higher their level, the more XP they'll give.
