Silly problem

I'm doing a Warcraft 2 Tides of Darkness Campaign. I've done all the work with sounds, models, prices etc etc etc... but i ran into a silly problem:

In chap one, as both human and orc, you're about to build 4 farms and a barrack... Which Events/Conditions should i use for such quest if it should be due to victory?
