u kno in maps like archery tactics and other ones, in the begining a little window appears where you vote for some settings in the game? how do u make that window?

Their called Dialog boxes. I sugjest you read the tutorials.

I hope i won't get banned for posting a link to another tutorial side :) But i think this tut really explains the basics of creating a dialog menu, in a fast and easy way.
