I have a modeling program, Calgary Truespace, but it kinda sucks and I cannot make WC models with it as far as I know, I was wondering if I made models of stuff I want could people convert them to a real WC MDX, if this is too much like a request please tell me, but I just want some simple doodads that I know I could create like a sarcophagus and some bigger non-shiny chests.

Sorry to bring up old topics, but nobody replied so I'm guessing you still need the help. I might be able to convert them for you, but I need to know what the file extension of your saved models is. i.e. (.3ds)

OK I re-installed my programs and made the model and attached a rar file with all the save types I can use, there are two models attached one in each position I want the model (i want a closed and open animation) oldly enough the open model has less polygons then the closed model (no idea, I did not add any, here is an image and there is an attachment below

I notice there are several files for both models.. are these each a different version of the model or are all of the files for the same model?

half are the same open model and half are the closed model, there are several files of each becouse those are the types I can save as, I really would like it if you could just take the closed model and make it so it had one animation (lid opens, no in-between frames needed) but if I am asking to much you don't have to.

Well, the topic is Converting models question. I can convert it for you easy, but you never said anything about me animating your model. I thought your model had already been animated.

you don't have to animate it, I guess, thing is, I do not know how to animate an object, I could look into it but then I suck, you do not have to. It just seems like it will have to have 2 texture files becouse of the strange diffence in poly count which I have no idea how that happend. Maybe I should just go back to the drawing board...
