New mapping project: Ultima Open RPG. This won't be the usual "select hero, buy peons, build base, level up, kill players" type of Open RPG like the ones flooding Battle.net. This will be a Open ROLE-PLAYING map. Meaning you ROLE-PLAY your character. I'm going to try and find some interesting ways to do this, but I need a team first. It will be set in Britannia, the world Ultima 7 is based in. ***GOALS*** 1) Create a somewhat accurate map of Britannia (circa Ultima 7). 2) Create interesting features that will allow players to properly role-play. 3) Make the map so that there are other things to do besides fight (like crafting). 4) Complete demo map. 5) Add things to and fix problems in the map. 6) Release Full version of the map. 7) Add in extras, like models and skins. I have a .bmp map of the Ultima 7 world with all the dungeons.. etc. filled in. Need some assistance terraining, need a few idea people and need a couple triggerists.
