That pattern will work, but maybe he shouldn't be flesh toned?

Well, it looks better than it did before in that it's not really flesh colored anymore. That's weird how the color changes. Have you check to see if the alpha channel has something to do with it?

...or maybe the zombie unit has its colors tilted hmm? Check that out if it is or not (I'm too lazy and busy to check it out myself right now, should plug in War3's cd and all).

Yes, the zombie is tinted. Make sure that you un-tint it first. It's looking good though!

How do you "untint"?

Heh, glad you got it to work. Looks good. I might suggest adding some dirt or blood stains, but at the perspective and size it's going to be at in War3, it may not make any difference.

attached image doesn't work for me.

If you can'd leave a little place for the eyes to look out of malevolently (darkness with a bit of red perhaps)

Additionally, rather than pure color with black lines, try texturing the image with smaller lines of color along the white, this will give the impression that's it's actually a mummy wrapped in linen.

Maybe add some dark smudges in certain areas.

might as well apply a texture to make the cloth wrapping more...natural
