Well..... I need a star Thats right a star, that i can make really small and i need it to be white the star doesn't really have tobe a star it can be a ball-like object (it can even be a ball i don't care) or something (possibly low poly too since there'll be alot of em on the screen) right now i'm making a space related map and i "borrowed" the pumpkin model (as a placeholder "star") which i made really small and changed the skin to be completely white. Well the models too big and the stem from the pumpkin's too noticable. I'd do it myself but i don't know the first thing about modeling (i've tried) and i can do a bit of texturing but the models what i need for now i'll give credit and whatnot shouldn't be to hard todo either. thanks |

Well, I'm gonna try and make this "star". Lol. It might not look too good because I'm kinda new to Modeling. But hey, I'll try my best! :D |

Why don't you use a reskinned wisp model ? |

soorry with all the stuff happinen with 4th of july and stuff i havn't had time to check the forums but the only problem with a wisp is that if i'm gonna have morethan 100 at a time all the particle effects on the wisp effects cpu performance moreso than a model w/o particle effects. |
