Apocalypse Dawn needs some concept art

The Apocalypse Dawn mod needs concept art for our four main characters. We intend to use the images on an info page so a head and full body view of each character would be nice. I would prefer that one artist does them all so they are uniform. Descriptions of the four units (2 male, 2 female) are avalible. Please let me know if you are interested.

Post them.
I'd like to try it out but that is if the description are interesting.

As Candy said... post them.

We can't decide if we are interested unless we know what you want us to draw.

And then we can post general ideas and you can decide who you want to do them for you.

Ok, first the females.

1. Female character #1: Telana... Element: Water/blue
How about a pic instead of a description?

She is being custom made for the mod. Please not that she is modeled after a character in a game called Spell Force. They get all the credit for the idea and design. This pic was modeled by Darkblood.

2. Female character #2: Dante... Element: Fire/red, orange
I guess I'll work from the top down of these.
Long red hair. Medium to tall hight. Her main look should be a leather armor suit. Preferibly light-weight. For example in LotR the characters are well protected but not extravagent. An idea I have been toying with is a covering of some kind that is like a flowing robe that is cut all the way up to the thigh on both sides revealing some kind of uniquely designed leg armor. She could wield either a wip or a sword. If you do a sword it is a longer skinnier type with a bird of some sort engraved into the handle, the wings being the hand guard.

3. Male character #1: Arym... Element: Earth/Green
Same style leather armor as above. He should wear a dark color cape/cloak and weild one to two swords that he keeps sheathed on his back. Make him strong but not overly bulky.

4. Male character #2: Kale... Element: Wind/Purple
Longer grey/white hair. He needs to look like he has the capacity for evil but don't make him completly evil as he is a good guy. Roughly the same leather armor as above but he needs to have more of a spell-caster feel too him. Maybe a robe/cloak that is covered by the leather armor. He would most likely wield a staff with a raven on the end.

Try to keep in mind the element when you do the designs and the colors if you add color to the images. Since two of you are interested maybe one could do the body shots and the other the head shots? It doesn't really matter to me as long as they look somewhat uniform.
Thanks for any help.

I'll do some studies today... and I'll post them later.

And Candy... when you draw for these... try to make them more "round" than your normal stuff. Your normal stuff is kinda "flat." Include some shading... don't make them fat.

Nevermind Candy... nevermind.

Just get to work on your sketches.

And we need to decide who's gonna color.

And Pickle... when do you need these?

I know. I like to use females in my art as well. I guess they have a more artistic look to them.
1. I am not exactly sure about the poly count but I belive Darkblood said it was around 3000.
2. I'll see if I can come up with something for that robe. I belive I have a 3d image of something like it. I'll post an image later.
3. If you have an alternative to leather let me know. I just don't want knights or uber-armored fighters.
4. That wizard is awsome. You could use that concept if you tweaked a few things like the staff to match the description or whatever

If you checked the forum with the yellow/black/grey colors check out the screenshots board under "custom models" I has that same image and pretty much the same info as I posted here. And yes, she was designed after Spell Force.

Nice DA stuff. Check my stuff out some time thunderpickle.deviantart.com
It has a large view of the image in my sig as well as my other work.

That model looks VERY nice. Congratulate Darkblood for me.

If I was going to draw these, I would pick the two last characters, though you said only one was going to draw all of them.

I think he's gonnna lay off on that rule.

Everyone should just get their pre-sketches in, probably by tomorrow, so that he can choose who he wants to do them.

One can do the Headshots

And one can do the bodyshots.

Or you can add a third to do the colors.

I think I agree with icbm. Post your sketches and I'll pick who to have do them. Or maybe I'll just get what I like from each person.

For Candy_Warlock:

Just some 3d scraps I had lying around...
Just the waist down is what I was talking about. You could connect something like that to the bottom of a chestplate or something.

I don't have a date I need them by so take time with the quality.

I have 2 out of 3 concepts that I'm willing to do done. I don't want to do the first one because it has already been done.
