blood priest request

can someone please make a simple skin for me:
a blood priest, without his "stick"

thx for your help but, I dont think I did anything wrong. Imported it, named it "Textures\BloodPriest.blp", restarted editor.
But then, the priest has no stick, And no legs! and he is also completly teamcoloured!
can anyone else help?

Uh yea, thats messed up I just alphad the staff and ball thing, nothing else, look at the .blp.

yea... so what should I do now... I really don't know anything about how to make team color of alpha... so could anyone make a (working ;)) bloodpriest without staff for me? (or tell me how 2, I have jasc pain shop pro 7, warcraft image extractor, warcraft 3 viewer.)

Are you sure you imported the right .blp file? Because everytime I've tried the one I've used, it works just fine.

well... as I said, I imported your file, and named it "Textures\BloodPriest.blp"... But if it works with you... :/ have you tried downloading your own file and see if it works then?
