3 this time :-/ all on the same hero, "Rouyakan"

1: Rouyakan has a summon ability, but i cant figure out what to base the spell off of.
Summon Wolves Summons wolves which increase in power – no time limit to summon but can only summon 5 at a time

It summons 1 wolf at a time, with no time limit, but after Rouyakan summons 5 any more summoned will kill 1 off.

2: Rouyakan has an ability "Bloody Bite" which yeah i know needs a new name im working on it lol

Bloody Bite Bites enemy dealing initial damage and the wound bleeds damaging for the next 10 seconds

I was trying to base this off of Shadow Strike but every time i used the spell it killed a unit with 520 health instantly. The attack would deal about 75 damage on initial strike and deal another 40 over 10 seconds. This one cant kill from the "bleeding wound"

3: This spell im not 100% sure is possible without going into triggers but... its also Rouyakans Ultimate

Rabies Bites the enemy doing initial damage and causes damage over 30 seconds, also slowing the enemies movement and gives him a 15% chance to miss when it attacks.

So it does prolly about.. 150-250 damage initially then maybe another 100-150 over the next thirty seconds, give or take, also slowing the enemies movement and making him miss 15% of his attacks for the next thirty seconds... This one can kill the enemy if his health drops to 0 from the damage over time

perhaps im just in over my head with this hero... As always any help would be greatly appreciated

1: You'll have to do this with triggers. Each time the monster is summoned, count the number of units of that type owned by that player. Either that or assign the summoned units to a unit group.

2: For this, don't get the hero to cast the actual spell. Give him a unit-targeted dummy spell that does no damage. When this dummy spell is cast, create a dummy unit with the dryad's slow poison ability and order this dummy unit to attack the target. Poison won't kill and the dummy unit's base damage will do the initial damage.

3: Base it off shadow strike (SS has a field to slow down targets hit) and spawn a dummy unit that casts curse on the target of this spell.

You understood it wrong, his spell did wrong damage; I know the problem, just base it off shadow strike like you did BUT the "Casting time" field of shadow strike is the duration between damage, it's normally at 3 so it does the damage every 3 seconds, just change "Casting time" to 1 and the damage dealt over time to 4 then it should work for you!
The same for 3!

But he doesn't want "bloody bite"'s damage-over-time effect to kill the unit and the only way to do this is to use dryad's slow poison. But you are right about the casting time thing.

Look his post, he said, when he uses the baility which is supposed to do 115 damage at all it kills a unit with 520 hp instantly so it does the wrong damage, that's his problem, that it does to much damage, I bet he made Casting Time 0 so it kills any unit instantly...

Actually your both right, i dont want the Bloody bites health decrease to kill the unit and when i had first done it it was doing instant kills on a the 520 health unit ^_^;;

as much as i could figure it was dealing the initial 115 damage then dealt all the damage it was supposed to do over time and then some.

would it be easier to make the spells if i made the ultimate not able to kill with the poison and have the bloody bite kill with the err bleeding wound?

___
Also i know this is off topic but how do you give people reputation for helping you?

Umm what's the difference. If its ultimate or not you're still planning to do the same thing...

No i dont mean change the spell to be the ultimate

i mean if i change the health dropping over time thing, if instead of having the ultimate be the one that can kill over time if i make it "Bloody bite" that can kill over time would that make it easier, and have "rabies" not kill over time.
