I need quite alot of skins and models done for a campaign

I'm making an Orc campaign and I have alot of stuff needing done and I don't know how to skin or model. I have lots of jobs and more than one person helping would be appreciated. Read my sig for info on the campaign or look in my thread in Campaign Discussion. But here's the list, note when I say green skin, I mean dark green like the Grunts from the Dawn of Chaos demo in the DL section.

A Chaos Grunt with green skin and red blood veins running all around his body in random spots. Not covering him too much though. And, he's missing a tooth, like when he does that goofy grin, make sure he's missing a tooth. And, last thing. Get rid of his shoulder armor too. Make his eyes light red.

A Chaos Warlock with green skin and red blood veins running all around his body in a random spots also. And, his shield has a skull on it instead of a paw. And light red eyes too.

The Chaos Raider on a Frost Wolf, the Northrend creep wolf, with dark green skin, light red eyes, and he's missing a tooth.

I hope Cookie will approve, if he doesn't I'll erase this one. The Ancient Dragonlord, but with scales and wings the same color as a red dragon.

The Grunt with dark green skin and pants. I hate the fact he's wearing just a little fur to cover up his privates. Same wtih the Raider. But give the Raider a white wolf.

Then give the green Chaos Warlock darker green skin and the symbol of the Blackrock Clan on his shield.

And, the heroes;

Nok'Zall the Sorcerer; A Blood Mage with a Blademaster's head geoset merged on. He has black robes with a red symbol of the Blackrock Clan on his cape.

Maim: I have a team member doing the model, but his skin could just be Grom Hellscream redone. Give Grom some black tattoos, sorta like the Demon Hunter's tattoos, and a Black Tooth Grin Clan banner. And of course, a missing tooth. And red eyes. And he doesn't have those things going across his chest. And the dark green skin.

Rend: A model. Reskin the Demon Hunter to have the dark green skin that I've wanted all of the other Orcs to have. Then give him the Blademaster's head without the beard. Then give him the same tattoos Maim has, and a missing tooth. Then get rid of one side of each blade so he uses swords to fight with and give him decent attack animations for them. Then, give him a Bladestorm animation.

Now, all I need to know is how to give reputation to someone for the skin or model. I'll figure it out. The person who does any of these will get full credit for them, and if they can make icons, do an icon for them too.
