I need to make a spell that makes all enemies within a certain radius paused anyone got some help ?

Paused for duration or forever? Well what you could do is just take warstomp and remove the stun animation buff, it will look allmost the same as pausing. Otherwise you take a AoE dummy spell and when the spell is cast, you pick every unit in range and pause. Unpause after... if its a too long duration, you cant unpause after a few secs using picked unit, so you would have to put the units into a variable and then unpause.
