1. Era of War, because it's my map and my maps rock :) 2. Tank commanders, because th15 did with it "something more than just another AoS" (TM) 3. I would say DotA, but that could confuse some people into thinking that I mean DotA allstars or some other crappy ripoff, which I don't. I mean the original DotA from RoC. However, it is true that I haven't played most of the maps on the list... the aeons are sucky (I don't like insane stats/toming; this should be evident from the description of the map I am currently making in my sig), ToB is nice but a tad too big. The rest I still have to play, but most AoS games on bnet are DotA allstars, it's hard to find others (I only remember seeing great strategy more often, I have been trying to find a game to play tank commanders again for some time now, still no luck). That's my 2 cents on AoS maps. Otherwise, such pools are often useless (I remember the most futile examples of such from a gaming forum where there was always occasionally a pool on "best game of all times", now that was a laugh), but here you have a clearly defined genre, and you added the option "other", so I guess it's ok. |

Yeah, I wrote DoTA orignal on my post but not on the poll, more specificly what do you like about the AoS games, I know I hate the infinate tomes and such and will never play a game that has that, I put it up there because there were many AoSs like that. |

My favorite is Kaye's Legacy of the Elves, of course it's also the only one I ever play with some frequency. |

I would have to say Tank Commanders. The Great Strategy is WAY too rigged to be fun, and DotA is pretty good, but now with Allstars and that its rigged too... |

Hmm, anyone here like KoS, by far i think its the best AoS to date, Razorclaw X is a genius, its so balanced and extremely fun.... if you haven't played it you should! |

Amen. It's simply a masterpiece, and totally original objectives. It's not "OMFG KILL CASTLES AND WIN WITH 3032053 SEC STUN NUKERS". |

I would have to say I like Tank Commanders the best, because although some of the tanks get can completely umbalanced, each of them can be easily take out if people on the opposing team knows how to fight them. The original DotA however I think completely blew the other AoS's away. No matter how unbalanced it was, if my memory serves right it was the first popular map that had custom abilities. It was also what got me interested in spell editing, which led me here :D |

Damn, wtf were you people when I was still slogging with TC :) In anycase I can't claim credit for the basic idea of TC; I only started working on the map because battleship command was so damned buggy. |

Actually, I've never played tank commanders, I need to check that out. Custom spells were very impressive in RoC, because they were so damn hard to do, alteast for me, all that excell and notepad, gah! But, TFT came out shortly after I started trying... |

ToB is balanced, but it gets so damn repetitive, you do the same thing over, and over and over... after like 3 games it gets boreing. |
