multiskinning of one model

I want to use two different skins on one model, creating two different looking units. Example: I want to use the Sorceress like she is for one race and another sorc whit a NE skin for a different race. So the question is, is it possible using two different skins on one model (if so how?) or do i have to crate a clone Model using the alternative skin?

Yea, you'll almost always have to create a new model that points to the second skin. Exceptions include the few models that have multiple instances (like Ogres or Trees of Life). It's possible, but I wouldn't call it likely, that you could replace the skin of just the RoC Sorceress and refer to the old model in the editor, but I think the RoC and TFT Sorceresses have the same path, so that probably won't work.

Ok thank you, nice to see people help each other like that here :)
Well so i'll have to learn how to do extract that model and so on... or post a request on it.
