I need some help...

1 - How i can create a explosion when a spell missile hit the target ? Ive added an effect to the spell, but it only appear if the unit dont die.

2 - How i can force an unit to slowy move to a point ? Like an real life tornado, that drag things around to the center. So far ive did that, inssuing an order to units in region move to the core of spell. But it look scarry, the units walk to the center ( dotn look like draged ), and if the owner give another order, the unit move out of tornado...

3 - Whats the best way to create a new spell ? I can create 100% in trigger spell ? Have functions like "send target request" or "when YY is damaged by XX spell => do bla bla bla" ?
