Request : Night Elf Terran Medic

I have no skills with a 3D software so .... I was wondering if someone could help me out. I need a Terran Medic for a map i'm making, but I want it to have a night elf woman head and have no guns. The terran Medic's attack stance should have both arms stretched forward in a V like position and maybe wave or something like that.

I was thinking that someone could use the Terran Marine in WC3 as a base model, remove the gun, remove the male head. Maybe the head of the Dryad could be used?

I hope someone can help me out. Of course you'll be credited for your work on the map and you can obviously upload to whatever website you feel like uploading it.

I'd really appreciate any help.

An update on the resquest :

I will make the skin of the model, but I need to make sure the model will check for the this path : Textures\Tmedic.blp or am I doing this wrong?

As for doing it myself, I tried. I used GMAX but you need tons of Software and stuff just to convert one file to .3DS and the something goes wrong with the model and converted funny. Proof that I am better at making maps than modeling 3D models.

Again, I would appreciate any comments or help you can give me.
