im starting to make a map, but i need a model for it :( . i want to make my own model, but i dont know how. if anyone could tell me where to get a program that makes models, it'd be greatly appreciated. or if someone could make the model for me that would be really great too.

i need a model like the demon hunter, just like it but minus some stuff, like make the head just a normal head, no ears, no fancy hair, just like a normal bald head (if you could take away the whole mouth animations that would be good too) :D

the body - i need the legs thinned so those baggy pants will be just straight, i need the whole blade thingies on the hands taken away, and i'd be happy if those things floating off the arms would be taken away ^_^

i'd be really thankful for any assistance.

that, my friend, can be done with simple geoset editing. you can get the four tools here (for the request you need, you only need Vertex_Modify).

you also need yobguls converter (which can be found here)

and then, if you dont already, get wc3viewer to easily view your geoset edited models. get it here.

winMPQ would also help extract the .mdx to edit. get that here.

NOTE: none of these tools are mine. i am simply directing you to them.

and if you play around with it, and cant get it, ill give you a hand and point you in the right direction.

good luck and happy editing.

to oinkerwinkle: thanks for providing all the valuable tools we use today :D

Flamesforzuljin is right. These tutorials should help you figure how to put it all together. The three ones under basics and the first two for the Vertex Modifier should be enough for what you want to do. If you follow them all, though, you'll know how to add things, replace heads, etc.
