Unit bounty wont work need trigger?

the footmen in my footmen wars have bounty set but when they die the killer doesn't get gold do i need to make a trigger if so how should it be set?

Turn on bounty for the owner of the footman by triggers, Game-turn bounty on.

I don't see a game- turn bounty on under actions >_<

Sorry, go to player, then turn player flag there will be "gives bounty"

What do you mean by go to "player"? go to the trigger category?
