Help for make new models

I man! can i know if there are another way to create some models! With milkshape is too hard make complicated models... i have done a Cloud's model with 3ds max 5 but i dont know how i can animate it and converto to a mdx file from 3ds... if someone can e-mail me the way for continue my project i will be happy!! :)

Use 3ds with the Warcraft III Art Tools which can be found here http://www.battle.net/war3/files/
The Art Tools also contains a nifty tutorial for modeling and animating.
