Remove Blight from minimap.

Hello again.

I would like to remove the blue effect on the minimap when blight is present. Ive taken a look through the entire UI folder and didnt come across the file that I need to alpha... Did I miss it? Any Ideas?

I would really like some help on this one, im stumped.
