Yes, I'm sure it's her, though I think the proportions of the different parts of the face are wrong.

Well a bit wrong, her left eye (outer one) is in the wrong position its should be closer to the nose

No, Amy Lee has thinner lips and darker eyes, plus her eye brows are different. It is Liv Tyler.

Before scrolling down and reading the other posts I guessed it was Liv Tyler. I think this is one of your best pictures, though if it is supossed to be Arwen shouldn't she have elf ears?
