Went to the FAQ to see if theres any extra ways to reduce lag on WE but the link it sent me to did not work for me. Can anyone give me a different link or maybe a tip or 2? After about 65% of the maps complete i get 4 second lag to place doodads :<

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and push the processes tab, rightclick worldedit.exe and give it a higher priority, not too high if you don't have a really good comp.

Go to the windows menu in worldedit and do: unclick brushlist. This will make the list in the lower left corner disappear and will reduce lag ALOT.
If you are only doing terrain i have been told that if you remove the start locations temporarily there wont be any lag when creating the terrain. I'm not sure that this works since i haven't tested it.

Aside from theese things there aren't so many more things to do, to reduce lag in the editor that is.

EDIT: Here's the link to the tutorial, it wasn't down at all: Reducing WE Lag

3) Save this txt.
4) Rename it to WE-High.bat
5) Create a shortcut to this WE-High.bat on your Desktop.

You can also use those instead of "/High":

/Realtime DON´T USE THIS UNLESS U HAVE A VERY FAST DUAL CPU MACHINE
/AboveNormal
/Normal
/BelowNormal
/Low

Really good if you don't want to change the priority every time.

Hope i helped out.
