Sound File Path changing**

I have a song i want in my map but it needs to be a mp3 or wav. When i change it within the editor it works but the sound doesnt... I need help changing like a mnr (i thinks thats it) to a mp3 AND MAKE IT WORK! o_O

Import it with the sound editor, not the import editor. After that you need to right click on the imported sound and "use as music". Wc3 needs the sounds to be made into variables before it can use them.

Well, there are probably several music converting programs out there, I am lost for names at the moment. Perhaps this would be better asked in the sound forum, or you could search the internet for music converters.

Try using WinMX, Real One Player, etc.

You can also look on the internet and see if any sites have the song you are looking for in the correct format, and will allow you to DL it. However, i just get my music of Kazaa.

use real musicmatch jukebox it works for me. (make it so whatever music thingy you use opens with musicmatch jukebox b/c then your files are converted to mp3's. Hope this helps
