HexenLordX	Try Heavy Locker: http://www.wc3campaigns.com/showthread.php?t=17580 It has map compression, as well as optimization. You can reduce the size of a map up to 20%, if not more. Maps without imports seem to get the biggest reduction in size. It also has protection features, and various other features.

I'd say this depends on the imports. Common imports like skins or models don't compress very well, but files like TXT or SLK are hightly compressible.
