Taking spell requests again (Completed Spells count = 11)

I am a spell maker, that got bored, and attacked by worthless people that gave me bad reputation.

Here is the deal:
- You give me a spell idea
- I in exchange will make that spell for you and release it in a cnpable edition (as easy / difficult to implement as in my Spell Map III that should be found in my signature, btw)
- I can choose to not make a spell I don't like.

I don't require spells at the moment, but I'll help cure your boredom.

Scintillating Flash
A spell that when cast, causes the game screen to go white, blinding the targeted player for _ seconds. Although it wouldn't stop the targeted player's units from attacking, not being able to see the battle is disadvantageous. This can only be done through WE Unlimited though...

Are you sure? The reason I said that was because, the way I would accomplish that would be with of course the Cinematic Filters. However, filters affect all players, if I'm not mistaken, causing everyone's screen to go white. When I tried it, it did. I could be wrong; if possible, prove me wrong. I could actually use a spell such as that for my map, but I do not want to use WE Unlimited... yet.

I really have no use for this but it would be cool to see.
Flame Sweep (the name needs work)
Visually, a line of fire extends from the heroes left side and sweeps 180 degrees around the front to its right side. The units in range are damaged as the fire passes them and are 'pushed' to the heroes right side where the sweep ends.

Higher levels is probably increased fire damage and sweep line. A after burning effect would be cool but not really needed.

Sounds insanely hard now that I think of it. Maybe its not, I'm not an expert triggerer.

I got one that I do need.
(You'll need the Fire panda with bladestorm animations or you can use blademaster)
Spin Cycle
Makes the panda(or bm) spin and go around bouncing off of random enemies like a pinball. He should be uncontrollable and the spell ends when he has hit all enemies around a 450 radius. Starts with 100 damage and goes up by 50 per level for 3 levels.

I would like to see if you could make optical flares from starcraft. ie all the units in the aoe are blind, and cannot attack unless there is a nearby unnafected unit that can 'spot' for them.

um... Starcraft's optical flare just made the unit have shorter site range and unable to detect invisible units(not sure about that last one)

This should give you a challenge. I would like a spell that acts like breath of frost or fire, but instead of a cone area of affect I would like it to be a wide line or beam if you would. You can change the breaths to have a straight line AOE but the animation still is a cone. I can't think of how to get the desired look. Good luck.

Can you make this spell?:

>Unit casts a infernal bolt at hostile,if the enemy dies spawn infernal from the unit that goes on being bigger and bigger until it expldoes doing damage in a area.

That isn't hard you would just do...

Event: A unit begins casting an ability

Condition: ability=to (whatever)

Action: (I member there being some growth thing for units so check that out and use it here so,) Grow unit being targeted by caster
Grow unit being targeted by caster
(how many you want after this)
explode targeted unit

(if this doesn't help i can make it and test it) but hope this works

an aoe-spell, which makes a cloud (CLOUD not fog) at the area and lets it thunder and rain. the rain damages each in the area (2hp at sec) and some random thunders are damaging people in a smaller area (like 40 points). name: acid storm
(like the stormbow in heretic 2 ^^)
i dont need this spell.
