Guest | My mod has too many human buildings for the number of button slots, so I copied the peasant's entry in unitfunc, unitstrings, unitui, unitdata, unitbalance, unitweapons, and unitabilities (changing things such as hotkey and button position so that I can build both). I can build the new peasant, and I can tell him to build, but when he reaches the construction site, he just stops and no building forms. This peasant should be functionally identical to the old peasant except for which specific buildings he builds, but the old peasant could build them and the new one can't. What's going on? |

Make a secondary builder who makes some of the buildings. |

Guest | I'm not too sure on this, but I based a different unit off of a peasant in the Editor, and he wouldn't build until I gave him the human repair ability.. It didn't have to be turned on, he just had to have it... |

Guest | update, I tried it again just now after changing nothing except things I have been doing to try to get my upgrades to work and the peon could build again. Must have been some glitch with file corruption or somesuch that didn't happen the next time I saved the problem file? I don't know, but problem fixed itself. |
