The poor chap had asked me to color something of his way back in march or so. Mayhap that was part of the reason I had run away? In any case, I decided I would give him some recompense in the way of a coloration. I was thumbing through his gallery, as it were, and happened upon the Female Blademaster which I had taken a fancy to wanting to color.
After I laid the skin tones down, it occured to me that this might have been supposed to be an orc. I, however, don't consider female orcs to be alluring, so I discarded the idea. I changed the lines around to suit me here and there; minor changes. With the notable exception of the blade on the polearm - I mostly had trouble coloring the old blade realistically enough to suit my purposes.
I colored it more in a
comic-book style as opposed to something more stylistic. Tried to get something to suit the lines.
