Ok i'm making a map but i want a image for my loading screen i dont know how to do it someone give me a detail description on how.I have the ivewer thing so i can convert the file to any image file i need.

get a 1024 by 768 image and cut it into 2 peices 512x512 and 2 peices 128x512 name em LoadscreenTR(the 512x512 peice that makes up the top right part of the picture), LoadscreenTL, LoadscreenBR, LoadscreenBL. and there is a model called loadscreen somewhere, maybe on this site, that you also import to your map with the 5 images.. then select your loadscreen in the map proporties.

Uhhh, I don't know the specifics, but there's a way to do the same with a single .blp image that is only 100kb in size. The 4 .tga file method uses a whole lot more space.

Actually, just download w3m map utilities or WEU and you can instantly convert a jpeg or blp into a loadscreen. Be warned though that it is not a good idea to use a custom load screen on B.net because a load screen could add up to a larger file size than even the game.
