W3 Art tools

ok i've download the w3 art tools.. now i need some kind of other modeling thing to make this work? can someone please help me?

You need 3ds max.

When you download the art tools and run the installer, it will add some extra features to 3ds max, such as exporting and previewing. Read the readme included with them (it's a largish PDF) for more information.
