Well after a little while of beta testing among my clan i am thinking it is ready to go to the public.. A few things to note... The first is that although there are four shops they will not be filled to the brim with items as it is still in beta and there is enough for beta. Second, as it is beta some things are still not in complete working order, and some balancing is still to be done. And third, there is a rank system in, but it is not in full effect as of now (it does not effect items bought etc.) But with that aside, here's a preview. Gore and Glory is a multiplayer, 2 team modern war map in which you choose one of five hero types, (General, Machine Gunner, Explosives Spec, Sniper, or Medic) and you battle your opponent's team using items, hired troops, abilities, and your wits to gain levels, gold and rank. There are 10 ranks in total, and gold is rewarded for meeting each rank's requirements, that usually being kills.) Every so often allied troops come to assist you via helicopter transports, but besides that and some other land fighters, it's up to you to decide who will win the war. Some features of this game include: - rank system (10 ranks) - cheap, buyable "mercenary" soldiers - five unique heroes each with their pros and cons. - option to disable buyable mercenaries for more hero-oriented play. - 2 quests, each with rewards. - a few secrets...
