Neither flight nor fightI

Is there anyway to make a unit 'ignore' attackers? I don't want it to run in to attack once its been hit i.e. footman, but i don't want it to run away either i.e. peasant. This is going to be for a unit controlled by the arrow keys, so I can't just order it to stop. Any ideas?

neutral passive and neutral victim units don't react to attacks.

unit having no attacks makes it run from attacks.. i believe.. or you could copy the unit from a peasant and then remodel it and change its stats..

neither FLIGHT nor fight -_-

When i make it neutral hostile if you don't move it every so often it attempts to return to its starting spot like it was a neutral hostile creep. Is there any way to get around that?

I think a solution is increasing creep pursuit range or creep camp size or something similar in the gameplay constants.

camp creep size means it runs farther before it returns to original spot doesnt it?

i dont remeber seeing peasants run away and return after danger is gone.. i havent worked with my editor in awhile due to gf =/ so i cant really say much.. i will have time in a few hours to work so ill look into this farther

Wait? doesnt a target run if it is hit by air and cant attack air? and it just stands where it is left? if so make sure the thing you want to run away attack cant attack the thing scaring it..
