MPQ editor file

OK I heard of this thing, the MPQ editor file, that can cut the MB size of a map, and I'm wondering where you get it and how you use it.

I suppose you mean Heavy Locker. Go to the Important Threads thread to get the link to the Heavy Locker thread, where you can download this tool.

Heavy Locker can both shrink and protect maps.
