How can I get a forum here?

I am pulling a small group of people, and I remenber once, I saw you could create a forum here, a small private forum. Is this option still available?

It was a beta feature, I guess they have temporarily taken it down.

Actually, you might be able to go about getting your project hosted, and you would get a public forum somewhere on the site.

I have a suggestion, make a sticky topic with information on how to get your project hosted here. This would really help clear up a lot of confusion and answer a lot of questions for the users, even if they haven't been asked yet.

HexenlordX, private forums aren't given that easily ;) Not many projects are being hosted either...
You said "Make a sticky topic", I think you forgot only mods can make a thread sticky. It would be best to just send a PM to eh... Dorelian If I'm not mistaking.

The Private Forum was removed since recently. Still a few things would be adjusted and it wasn't completely sure if it would come back.

You did? Oh, I didn't knew that... then again, I have been over 50 post for over 2 years :P

Anyway, by the time the private forums will be up again, I'm sure he has 50 posts ;)

No, what they meant was that YOU could get 50 posts in 1-3 days hence becoming eligible for a private forum IF the feature comes back.

I wasn't talking about him, it was a suggestion towards site admins to make a sticky topic with details on how to get your map hosted. I know that not many have been hosted here, but I thought there had to be some sort of requirements that could be posted in the sticky. It was just a suggestion.

Ah, sorry for misunderstanding.
Anyway, that might not be a good idea, too many people will try and ask their project to get hosted and stuff. I think it would just be better if a PM is send.

Well, the sticky could always be locked, and one of the requirements for getting a hosted project would be to PM someone with the needed information, which will also be posted in the sticky.

Anyway, since everyone seems to disagree with this, I'll just drop the subject :)
