Uhhh Does PSP8 work?+ other real noobie questions

Lol i definitly suck at this so far. how do i get (ex paladin) on to paint shop and how to import back on 2 TFT WE.I think you can skin crap on PSP right..... i wanna skin the paladin, I have no idea what im doing pfft all i was able to do was Screen Capture it which i dun think works. Please Respond

Get the WC3Viewer of WC3FileConverter by Yobguls and convert .tga to .blp. You have to do the alpha channels probably, but i don't know how.
