Attatching Chain Effects to Attatchment points?

I was wondering if it's possible to add chain effects that link onto an attatchment point of the target(Like attatching 2 Finger of Death chains to both feet of a model.)

You cant put the effect on the each foot, but u can but the effect on the bottom of the unit. It'll b like an aura effect.

Create special effect finger of death at origin of triggering unit

I think that most units have left foot and right foot attachment points. However, the FoD effect is a lightning effect and cannot, to the best of my knowledge, be added through triggers.
