Help With Importing PLS!

I know all about how to imprt models and stuff but I was wondering why some models work when imported and some don't. I mean like I will import a model and it will show up in editor and game, but then I do another and it won't show in editor, I get a message saying it couldn't load it, and in the game it is just this invisible thing with a shadow.
