Custom Attachment Points

I'd like to have custom attachment points, or at least expand my standard number.
Normally you've got your:
head, left hand, right hand, left foot, right foot, origin, and weapon (7)
I figure at the very least there's a second weapon for dual-weilding guys, but I haven't checked.
So, what's the max number of attachment points a guy can have?

P.S. When it says "for building attachment points", does that add some sort of limitation?
