Downloading Help

I'm having trouble downloading tools for skins etc.When I click to DL them, it takes me to a White screen with an icon that is a white paper with a yellow,red, and blue cube in it.When I click on it, it brings up a box that says "Error Locating Object Handler", "There is no viewer available for the type of object you are trying to open.The following information is available about this object: Address of object:http://www.wc3sear.ch/tools/jasseditor_1.zip, Content type:application/zip,Possible Location of viewer:Microsoft activex Gallery.Do you want to go to this location to download a viewer for this type of object? Yes or No?"If I press Yes, it takes me to a site called http://activex.microsoft.com/ with a bunch of mumbo jumbo which I don't have a clue about.

This happens for all of them, and not only for this site, for lots of other downloads.I need help with this.I am not on a Mac, I have windows 2000.I really need help with this. Thanks in advance.

First of all this should be in site discussion.

Next, instead of left-clicking on the download links, right-click and choose save-target-as. You may also need WinRAR to view the files (www.rarlab.com)

I downloaded this WInrar and I still can't view the file

Use winrar to unzip them.

I'm not able to download them, read my first post and see why I can't download them.

The first link you posted (address of object) doesnt work. Try this link for the Jass Editor. If you still have problem I advise trying it with a different browser. I use Opera and it downloads fine.

Well I clicked the link and it took me to the same screen with the white paper and cube on it.Where do I download this Opera?
