Well, the animations isn't working correctly. Oinkerwinkle's anim transfer program doesn't work 100% all the time. Just take a look at this one. Maybe one of you guys could try giving him the animation, then i'll add the pickaxe. For the moment, i don't know.

can you do custom animations or edit a anmation

put the bandits head on the peasant that might be easier
