Tower Wars

Well, I guess you don't like to heere this, but I have another Toewr Wars map coming up.

Features:
-5 races, 13 towers each
-over 60 unique towers
-4 shrines making 44 creeps
-4 teams, 2vs2vs2vs2
-really good terrain ;)
-diffrent abilities and stuff for towers (upgrades)
-hero towers
-purchaseble item towers (aura, etc, towers)
-race specific upgrades and stuff
-some things I really haven't come up with yet
-And I forgot, a bank that will let you save money, with interest ;) [edit]

And I have to figure out a way to end those dead ends where really good players keep playing forever and ever.. just causing wc3 to crash from lag.. Any ideas on that matter?

If you don't like TW's don't bother writing. I want some constructive response ;)

What about making a "sheep-clicking contest" after 30 minutes for those good enough? That will decide a winner. :D

Nice idea Jan.. But maybe a votesystem, when the players get bored or realises that no one will really win, they could vote for a minigame to decide the winner. And with like 10 minigames or something it would be a little variation too. I will take that in consideration.

Thanks and a good idea. But I suggest that after 30 minutes, then every 10 minutes, there should be a voting about this. If they don't want to vote anymore, and just keep playing, they can vote for not have anymore votes. ;) :D

Hehe, yeah.. or something like that.. it would be good.. maybe :P

And I thought that mayve I would make item shops were you can buy diffrent items to attach to you towers (maybe only hero towers) to boost 'em.

There are several ways to do what you want to do with your map.

Number 1: Make random shit happen, Like all on the paths are destroyed, Or all players gold has been cut in half, Or even, 100 gold has been taken from everyone and givin to the player with the least kills.

Number 2 A: In tower wars there has been limits, that is why these games go on forever. But if you take those limits away then the game will go on until the player rises above another player. To do this you develop Game-MECHANICS. This means you can have 4 different paths going on to each team and the person who spawns the creeps has to decide which paths the creeps will go on, this would revolve around tactics of the best player.

Number 2 B: As I said before, Everything has limits including the units. If overtime you made every unit get a bit stronger than it will remove the unit's power boundaries. If a player has a defence that can take out like 30 demons, then 30 demons ARE Obviosly NOT GOING TO GET BY, and if demons are the strongest unit in the game you shit out of luck, so whats the use of summoning them? There isn't one.

Number 3: After the game goes on so long nuke half of everyones towers. The player with the most reaction speed and the most skill will obviously claim the title.

There are many more ways to do what you want to, but they can only be reached with Creativity.

They prolly will, because they rockzorz. If I can just implement them in a way that will roxzorz. But I think I can solve that. Thanks for the input ragnarok.

due to some mother/father slavework I haven't been able to work more on it but I will start soon.

[edit] As for the name.. Team Rage TW kinda sucks.. haha... :< But I have some ideas though.
