Hi i was wondering if anyone new how to put your custom icons into the World editor. You know like a picture of an anvil or spiderman or star wars or something into the WE to use for a units icon.

If you know much about image editing, the file needs to be 64x64 pixels, and have an opague alpha channel. If you don't know what this means, just make an image, resize it to 64x64, and download a tool called Wc3 Image Viewer. You can go to Convert -> .jpp to .blp and convert it, it'll ask you if you wanna add an opaque alpha channel. Click yes, itll convert to .blp. If the filename is say, spiderman.blp, rename it to BTNspiderman.blp. BTN must be at the beginning of icon filenames. Icons imported into the WE must be in .blp format also.

Wc3 Viewer is an extremely useful tool for this, as it also adds opaque alpha channels for you.
