Another brainchild of mine:) Andy might make a lil' fez hat to go on top of his head.
I tried to make him look Arabian/like Genie from Aladin but I could still use some pointers Tho' so CnC very welcome.
I'll finish My other skins soon and Maybe make a gallery :)

O and not every thing is done and can some1 tell why there is a chain on the Tga.

I think you should add some more detail to the pants (wrinkles if possible)
Otherwise i can't think of anything to improve

Those eyes LOL, they so sad looking, hmm lets see... well all looks good but I guess its 256 right? you should try to make things look sharper, 256 sucks for adding detail but if you tried more you could have squeezed more into the bracelets and feet which dont look so flash, they need to be sharpend, WAY to blurry in some places but anywayz I reckon it was an awesome idea and great attempt, I suggest if you want to you should try using the smudge tool and more DnB around those blurry areas, also dont forget the sharpen filter under the filters tab if your using Photoshop :D

As everyone says... the eyes are a bit sad.

All I would suggest is making him that brighter and happier blue... kinda radioactive like.

there are lil' problems with the tga but the eyes are fixed me thinx and the wrinkles are acting weird so that for later:)

Looks cool, I would like to see more going on with the hair though. The coloring and concept is so original otherwise. The pants also need some work, try shading them a little harder to add a bit more depth.
