i played hero rpg just moments ago, the demo. I find its a brilliant style of game-play and entirely different and unique fighting system completely amazing...

i just want to say, from the perspective of not only an rpg lover and a mapper that this project will go far...

additionally i would like to offer my services as a mapper to you... i am willing to help in any way whether it be story line, terraining ( though i am not that good at terraining ) and triggers... i will even do the easy, linial work..

PM plz with a reply.

Thanks for your interest but im the only one directly working on the maps (terrain & trigger) :/

The demo is months old, im impressed that people still appreciate it and doesn't find it too umm.. simple and bugged.

I have to cut some unfinished elements then I'll release what has been done so far... lose of interest in modding..

I also just recently played the demo.. Twas amazing. I love the final fantasy 7 music, brings back memories. Just wondering, how long have you been working on it and how much time is left.

I've been around this site since january 2003 and I got hosted in June 2003, there were only 5 or 6 projects at that time (FPSmod, Cotn, RoK, TKoD, PR...). Soon after, Wc3c decided to host as many project as possible which changed the forum to the worst IMO, people are less interested in the projects now a days and wc3c became more a skinning and modelling site... If it was only me, I would limit the number of projects to 8-10.

At first, HeroRPG was similar to Kaggz RPG but instend of having preplaced unit, I had a battle zone and the battle was live (no ATB). Everything was in a 256x256 map (very long load time). Haa the memory :P
