Sizing In Photoshop!

How do u 'shrink' icons in photoshop? like make then appear smaller in the game enviroment?

Go to image select image size and type in the measurements u need.

Help! The canvas or image size doesnt effect the actuasl sive in the game it seem just to change the quality. how can i make it appear smaller within Wc3? its like the print size or something.

Make the visual part of the icon take up less space in the image.

Change it so that the important part is in the middle, and the outside is blank, like this:

Keep the image at the same dimensions, but make the important part smaller and fill in the outsides with black.
