Feedback on my TowerDefense wanted

I'm currently making a TowerDefense, which i hope will turn out to be at least a little original. However, a mapmaker who ignores the opinions of the players is a bad mapmaker and that's why I posting this to get you to give me feedback.

The TD is for four players, at 1.0 there will only be one playing mode: Competition, the purpose is just to finish as soon as possible. In later stages I might add in more modes like Team, War and so on.

The track is simple it just goes from right to left:

At the beginning of the map, you get to choose from nine original Heroes,
NAME, TYPE, MODEL
Ira, Apostle of Wrath, red-colored warden,
Avaritia, Apostle of Greed, Gold-colored Dranei Harbringer
Superbia. Apostle of Pride, Succubus
Hellfire, Element of Flame, Kil'jaden
Avalanche, Element of Ice, White Magnatur Destroyer
Typhoon, Element of Wind, Kel Thuzad Ghost
Curno, Incarnation of Strength, Flesh Golem
Hecate, Incarnation of Intelligence, Nightelf shop uprooted
Festinato, Incarnation of Agility, Overlord

Each hero has three base skills and one ultimate and a +attributes skill.
The ultimates have two levels and the base skills have four.

FEATURES:
Now, what's a little new in this TD is that once you pick your hero, you start at the very bottom of the map, camera orientation locked to the Hero. For the 3-6 following minutes you will go down a track full of monsters and treasures. If you are quick you can run around them and get a head start on your opponents and if you are the first one you get a small bonus. OR, you can be slow and find all the hidden treasure, level your hero, get nice tomes and find some secrets. If you do this you can build a better Defense when you DO get out of the maze.

Each hero has it's own ‘team' with three basic upgradeable towers which are the same for all nine of them and just have different models. They also have three original towers which is unique for each hero, designed to complement their weaknesses and such. Also, each hero isn't that good at killing, f ex the Greed Character has a skilled called greed which make him earn more money then his opponents with just one kill. He is rather weak though and might have a hard time making it through the maze if you're not patient.

A Pause system which consists of a switch, if you step on it, the next wave won't emerge. When you step of it, the next wave emerges.

BigBosses and MiniBosses, I'm currently thinking of a good way to handle the big boss battles.

A Multiboard which shows Name, Gold, Kills, Lifes and Level
Lord Vexorians Hero Selection System

I might post more info if someone answers to this thread.
What I really need is spell ideas, I can't use spells that do anything positive to your team or such since you only have 1 hero. I have A LOT of direct damage and AOE spells and I'm trying to get more good, innovative ideas. I think I can solve your requests via triggers (I hope =)), preferably on the themes that the heroes go by.

I'll be happy for any Feedback.

Sounds Neat, Original and Sweet. It's hard to find TD's with originality that actually have something new to them.

The only thing I can really say is I hope it isn't like Wintermaul, and I hope everything is well Balanced.

Yea, balancing sucks. But since you can play the map alone it's easier since you wont have to have full house all the time. Anyone got any good idea for BossBattles, except for HACK AND SLASH?
