Where do I submit anything?

Where do I submit files in general? (skins, models, icons, maps, whatever). Is there a particular/official thread or place that I submit or do I just look for random threads that say something like "submit skins here". I'd like to know for future reference. Thanks.

go to wc3sear.ch and click add/update resources
