New RPG and we need help

Me and my friend are making an rpg, we are in need of skinners/modders and we know nothing about JASS.

THis rpg will hopefuly feature:

- Custom skins/ models/spells *WEAPONLESS*
- A main world map with locations where u transport to a different map for a different area
- All buildings enterable
- Character classes (Warrior, Dragoon, Mage, etc...)
- Menus (Press M for magic, E for equipment, I for items, etc..)
- Possibly a new layout (http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Skins&ID=192&sid=) but possibly something black or darker
- When a hero buys armor/weapons his appearence changes

This RPG will be called Kingdoms: Dark Creations

There really should become a FAQ here somewhere that helps people a bit...*sigh* here we go again.

Dear, ThaDon, I am Fladian, one of the guys here in the Campaign Discussion Forum that helps people by warning them not to start something that is too big. Anyway, let me see how creative I am today to see what I'll say here... hmmm...

ThaDon, I take it you meant 'Modelers' instead of "modders" ;)
Anyway, decent modelers can barely be found anywhere, so try it without modelers first. I am glad that you only asked for Skins and Models instead of quite a lot of other people that ask for every job availabe, but anyway, it seems this is a new project for you two and I doubt you will have a lot of experience.
It is true, the project isn't TOO hard, but still, you might want to start off easier. It are not exactly the easiest features in it.
You could try and join a project before anything else, if you want an other RPG, I thought 'Void' was pretty detemined, but I doubt he'll finish anything. But just by sticking to his... thread, you might develop some experience here and there. Oh, and if you didn't noticed, I'm not the best of friends with Void ;)

Anyway, some of the features are pretty hard to make Don... Err... ThaDon (yeah, yeah, I'm bad with names)
As example: Custom Skins, well that isn't too special UNLESS it's on B.net, but if it was, it should be in an other forum
Custom Models, well, this is something you might want to forget for a while...
A Main World Map, yes, well, I'm not gonna stop you here.
All building Enterable, believe me, this is a LOT of work and could nearly be considered impossible. It does depends on how many houses you will use, but still, it is a LOT of work and probably a lot of people would give up on that. At least, I would.
Character Classes... err... I'm not saying anything about this. If I would, I'd look like a fool.
Menus, nice idea, not too hard as I recall...
Though the last idea is probably the hardest and pretty much impossible. For the last time I'm gonna say this (probably not, but it just sounds right) you CANNOT change the appearance. People try and try it, but they all fail. It could be someone figured it out in the Trigger Haven by now, anyway, I don't visit that place too much -_- just so you know...

Anyway, if you are intent of going on, then I wish you luck. If so, post some work of yourself to show that you are not just talk to people.
