Scenario Training Campaign Hero Arena

Alright .. I've just started a new map .. it's going to be one of a series of two maps .. both hero arenas .. both have all campaign heroes. The first is to be only Humans and Undead. The Second, obviously, willl be Orcs and Night Elves. Keep in mind that I have just started this map .. Here is a screenshot .

alright here's the first update .. keep in mind that the leaderboard and timer are fully functional .. you recieve gold every ten seconds .. also, here are the heroes

2) admiral proudmoore
3) undead sylvanus
4) sylvanus
5) muradin
6) kil'jaedan
7) jaina
8) antonidas
9) tichondrius
10) anub'arak

things that still need to be done:

A) creep scenario placement
B) creep placement (after scenario is completed)
C) some transporting triggers
D) region placement
E) some hero balancement
F) some terrain involving creeps after scenario
G) boundary placement (not sure if i'm goin to need to though)

overall I think I'm about 60% done with the map.

about 40% terrain (just have to place the tarrain for the creeps that are after the scenario)
about 70% triggers (all the hard triggers are done)
about 20% units (no creeps have been placed yet
about 95% heroes (I just have to balance proudmoore out; his damage is double the other heroes)

I'm a little bit confused about what the screenshots are showing. Can you take a second and explain them? Is that a screenshot of the entire map, zoomed out in the world editor?

Heh maybe I'm just new with looking at maps with different terrain. I just can't tell what I'm looking at. What is the terrain up in the upper left? I'd assume the blue is water, but what about the red?

Well, that was my question anyway. You don't have to answer it :p

the blue isn't water .. it's broken ice terrain .. and the red is lava terrain .. i've modified the tilesets i've been using to make myself the terrain suited for the scenarios.

Ah cool. I will take a look when you have a demo or a beta up, looks like it could be cool =)

I'm having some problems doing the duel arena, which sucks cause thats the only thing holding me up on progress right now .. i should be done by the end of the weekend.

Okay I've figured out what the problem was .. so simple it just went right through my fingers!!! im practically finished with the creep placement, and I'm gonna need testers as soon as I balance Preoudmoore out. Start putting your applications in now =)

huge update here .. all important triggers have been set.. all creeps have been set .. only thing left to do is building modification and placement as well as new item modification and placement.
