Where are the splash screens?

Where in the MPQs are the maps that show before each campaign mission showing you where you are?

@Panto: So, Blizzard put them all into little pieces, do you know of any way I could see all the pieces put together?

If all you want is to view them, you can see them all here. However, to have them in a usable format, you'll have to find the pieces and extract them individually to modify them.
