Single-plane model

I'm trying to attach a 2d icon to a unit as a special effect. Does anyone know if WC3 has a model that's just a single flat plane that I can apply a red 2d image to?

I tried using the ImmolationRED model, but that one is animated and causes my icon to rotate around. And it has this burning clouds thing.
